These gemstones often use Cubic Zirconia and diamonds, rubies and emeralds of different hues. You can also add pearls of different colors, and perhaps also add other accessories, such as black pearl earrings
As you can see, there is a lot more to pearl necklaces than wearing them occasionally, and with new advances in jewellery making, you will find they will become more popular.
